What is sex and relationship coaching?
Sex and relationship coaching is a professional partnership between you and your coach, designed to support your journey toward deeper intimacy and personal growth. Sessions with me are tailored to your unique desires and current needs, ensuring each one feels and looks distinct. In practice, our time will be spent fostering emotional and erotic connection through guided conversations and hands-on exercises. This might include practicing repair conversations, speaking your desires out loud, or exploring sexual dynamism such as pinning each other against the wall.
Who do you work with?
I work with individuals and couples of all genders, identities, and relationship styles. Typically, my clients seek me out with a strong desire to understand themselves and, if partnered, their partners. Many are also curious about exploring new ways of experiencing pleasure, expanding their erotic imagination, or discovering aspects of their sexuality they haven't yet explored.
Because my coaching is rooted in a disbelief in a one-size-fits-all approach, my clients are those who seek what works for them, not what has been prescribed for them by society and culture.
What is your background?
I am a certified sex and relationship coach with specialized training in fostering emotional and erotic connection for individuals and couples of all genders and identities. My approach draws from evidence-based coaching methods, including somatic practices and relational theories, to create tailored, transformative experiences.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, I do offer sliding scale pricing within my capacity. I believe everyone deserves access to coaching that helps them step into their full power and create the intimacy they're craving. If cost is what's standing between you and this work, reach out and let's have a conversation about what might work for both of us. I want you here if you're ready to do this work—and I'm committed to finding something sustainable for us both.
